Openserve price changes 1 August 2025

Dear client,

 

Openserve increased their pricing on the 1st of March 2025. We initially absorbed the price increase. However due to the current economic climate, we’ve made the decision to adjust our pricing accordingly.  The price increase in March applied not only to Jumbo Technologies but extend across all fiber-to-the-home internet service providers on the Openserve network.

 

From the 1st of August 2025 the following changes will take place:

 

All 30Mbps customers. New price: R499 Incl VAT.

 

All 50Mbps Lite customers. New price: R699 Incl VAT.

 

All 50Mbps customers. New price: R799 Incl VAT.

 

All 100Mbps Lite customers. New price: R869 Incl VAT.

 

All 100Mbps customers. New price: R949 Incl VAT.

 

All 200Mbps Lite customers. New price: R1089 Incl VAT.

 

All 200Mbps customers. New price: R1149 Incl VAT.

 

All 300Mbps customers. New price: R1279 Incl VAT.

 

All 500Mbps customers. New price: R1429 Incl VAT.

 

No action is required from your end. All adjustments will be done from our end. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

 

If the upcoming price adjustments are out of your budget, consider downgrading or moving to our MetroFibre fibre packages. Reach out to sales@jumbotech.co.za, providing 30-days notice to downgrade or change your package.
